Michelle Tyo-Johnson, Vice President, NorthCoast Productions, Studio 44, Made Ya Look
Michelle Tyo-Johnson has over 20 years experience in media production. She produces over 200 videos each year for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to local non-profits. She works with clients in manufacturing, healthcare, banking and automotive. The best part of her job is that she can start her day off in steel toes and a hard hat and end it in heels and a suit.
Melanie Draheim, Director of Marketing, Network Health
Melanie Draheim is a marketing and brand experience professional with more than ten years of experience in the health care industry. Melanie leads efforts in brand management, direct marketing and communications for Network Health, a Wisconsin-based health insurance company. She specializes in customer experience and cocreation and serves on the board for the American Marketing Association Northeast Wisconsin Chapter.
Prior to joining Network Health, Melanie coordinated the planning and execution of marketing campaigns at Health Alliance Medical Plans in Urbana, Illinois. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Andy Stawski, Commercial Market Manager, Miller Electric
With more than 25+ experience in integrated marketing for companies like Miller, Walmart corporate, Kimberly-Clark, Dow Chemical and the advertising agency world, Andy has worked on video projects that span the range from international TV commercials to online media to trade and sales communication videos. For the last couple years, Andy has been leading the internal teams at Miller in the production of humorous videos that engage thousands of North American sales representatives to learn the details of quarterly sales programs and motivate successful in-store activation of customer-facing promotions.
