Using Technology & Differentiation to Stand Out from the Crowd

July 26, 2018 @ 7:30 am - 12:00 pm

Register for 1 of 2 options: Keynote Only or Keynote & Workshop

7:30 a.m.: Networking and continental breakfast

8 – 9 am: Keynote Presentation

10 am – Noon: Workshop

KEYNOTE ONLY: In this keynote presentation, speakers Stan Phelps and Evan Carroll will reveal how to leverage the concepts from Blue Goldfish and Pink Goldfish, which highlight the importance of creating an innovative customer experience to drive customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

Evan Carroll will uncover how companies are using data, analytics, and technology to create world-class customer experiences—a concept we call the Blue Goldfish. You’ll leave with a full toolbox of strategies, tactics and practical advice to improve your customer experience and ultimately your bottom line.

Stan Phelps will equip you with how to uncover weakness and weirdness in your DNA and amplify your uniqueness. During this Pink Goldfish keynote, Stan shows the seven ways to leverage what makes you unique and wonder-full in business.

KEYNOTE & WORKSHOP: Based on the Purple Goldfish Series of books, this workshop challenges attendees to think differently about their customers and employees and do the little things that make a big difference in customer experience. Creating change, however, is an uphill battle and not knowing how to start can stop even the best companies from moving forward. That ends here.

In this workshop, authors Stan Phelps and Evan Carroll will reveal the ways companies are using little things to improve customer experience and leave you with the tools to implement customer experience programs in your company. After the workshop you will be able to:

  • Identify the opportunities for change in your company
  • Achieve buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Create an action-oriented plan for success
  • Deploy customer experience programs effectively across your entire organization.

Throughout the session, they will provide inspirational case studies, real-world design exercises and a process you can use to proliferate Purple Goldfish Thinking throughout your organization. You’ll leave prepared and inspired to create real change for your customers and your business.

With registration, attendees will receive one book from the Purple Goldfish Series of books and will also receive the workbook ($26 value).
