Congratulations! Your company just completed a strategic planning session for the new year and your team feels ready to implement new tactics to support your goals!  But what is that plan based on? Your sales history? Your interpretations of the marketplace? New competitors?

Hopefully, it is also based on customer research. If you have not sought insight from your patrons, you may be missing some major issues that need to be addressed in your strategic plan. The importance of seeking your customer’s opinion about the product or professional service your organization provides is integral to serving them even better in the new year.

During our final Brilliance in Marketing event for 2019,  Michelle Dejno, Vice President of O'Connor Connective, will cover five things you need to know about your customers or donors before finalizing a strategic marketing/communications plan. You'll learn best practices for gathering that information, and we'll discuss how to use that information once gathered.  Michelle will review several case studies.
