Thank you for joining us. AMA Northeast Wisconsin is run entirely by volunteers who work in marketing across Green Bay and the Fox Valley, and we built this chapter for one reason: to give marketers in this region a place to connect, learn, and grow. This page will get you oriented in about two minutes.
One thing to know from the start: every chapter email comes from a real person. Reply to any of them and you'll reach a board member, not a queue.
Your first 30 days
Three things to make the most of your membership.
1. Register for an event. Our events are a mix of in-person meetups and virtual Lunch and Learns, and every one of them is free for members. See upcoming events
2. Tell us a little about yourself. Five quick questions so we can plan events around what you actually want. Takes about a minute. Take the new member survey
3. Follow the chapter on LinkedIn. It's where we post event announcements, recaps, and member news first. AMA Northeast Wisconsin on LinkedIn
What your membership includes here
Your AMA membership works at two levels. Nationally, you get training courses, journals, toolkits, and the member badge. Explore national benefits at ama.org
Locally, your AMA Northeast Wisconsin membership gives you:
- Free admission to every chapter event, in-person and virtual
- The member directory, so you can find and connect with other marketers in the region (complete your profile)
- A direct line to the board. Ideas, questions, speaker suggestions, event feedback. We want to hear it.
- Co-hosted events with partner organizations in the region, which widen the room without another membership fee.
Want to do more than attend?
This year the chapter is working from a formal strategic plan for the first time. It centers on four areas:
- Membership
- Partnerships and sponsorships
- Marketing and communications
- Programming
As a volunteer, we're not asking you to fill a slot on an org chart. If one of those areas interests you, tell us, and we'll build a committee or board role around what you want to work on. Committee roles are scoped so they fit alongside a full-time job.
